About us

 

Mike Neumann is a trainer, NLP master practitioner, hypnotherapist, motivational speaker and life coach.

Mike started his training career in the public sector before leaving to start his own training company. One thing led to another and Mike is now director and partner in a number of training and other businesses.  Mike now finds much of his time spent as a public speaker, where he covers such subjects as law, psychology and communication. He writes for a number of internet sites and is also a very successful executive coach and corporate relationships expert.  He occasionally does personal change work with specially selected clients.

When not working , his hobbies include the theatre, Italian wines, bikes and hieroglyphs. For the first time in many years, he is able to admit to being a Chelsea fan!

 

Conrad Palmer started his career in the bar/nightclub industry 25 years ago spending the last 10 years at senior management & Board level. He left Planet Hollywood as Operations Director worldwide to set up his own group of bars.

Having experienced both incredible success and crippling failure in that time (though more success – thank god!), he realised, early on, that any success came through developing the people around him to exceed their potential. In recent times he has used his experience as a business consultant and coach – he finds coaching enables him to give back some of what he’s taken out in life!

Conrad is a certified Coach, NLP Practitioner and a hypnotherapist.
