NLP Standards - The International Board

Setting and maintaining measurable NLP standards.

NLP - Modeling excellence in the real world.

Assessment criteria

Suggestions to date surround a two part assessment :  one part being the ‘core skills’ of NLP, the other being the demonstration of an agreed cohort of techniques.

The most coherent suggestions for the actual process of assessment point to a three-way assessment process - partly by the trainers, partly by the candidate and partly by the other delegates.

The thinking behind this is that a large part of NLP involves sensory acuity, both of self and others, and that asking delegates to self assess and to assess each other is a good way of both reinforcing, and assessing, competence in this very important area.

This is the most important part of agreeing the standards - we must get this right if this board is to have any credibility, so all suggestions gratefully received!
